- Develop & maintain company's sourcing strategies -Gathering and analyzing of sourcing opportunities, locally and overseas
- Responsible for identifying and negotiating for cost effective materials and services, gaining cross-functional team approval and establishing implementation plans that supports the company’s objectives with regard to product quality and cost effectiveness. -Ensure the establishment and proper implementation of procedures and controls for all the Company’s purchasing activities to ensure that all purchasing activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and practices and compliance to company Code of Conduct.
- Develop plans to increase sourcing activity with suppliers whom will contribute to our cost and product quality objectives and standards.
- Actively drive the Vendor Quality management Program -Enhancing team & individual performance and development
