the King Abdullah Financial District.
The project consist of 4 basement floors, 42 storey high tower block with a gross floor area of 138,500 M2 and over 200 M in height. Full concrete structure, Curtain wall cladding and Grade (A) finish to all floors.
Work Responsibilities:
• Studying projects specifications, drawings and contractual terms.
• Generating correspondences.
• Support and follow-up site staff.
• Follow – up the approval of submittals and distribute them to concerned parties.
• Collecting prices offers and follow- up with suppliers.
• Workshop Drawings. Full responsibility of the day to day liaison with our client and their associated team
• Attend regular meetings with contractor to ensure the progress on site activities meets the requirements of the construction program
• Establish supervision procedures for the team and monitor during the life cycle of the project
• Monitoring and review of the team performance, and control team resources and report to the area manager.
• Implementation of communication procedures and correspondence between supervision team.
• Collect all information from all disciplines and makes a summary and report to the area manager
• Highlight and make recommendations of all the obstacles on site related to (Team, project, performance, resources) to area manager for action
• Assist in the preparation of the weekly & monthly reports and project status with respect to the project base lines
• Collect all required information from supervision team and finalize these data and report to the area manager in order to evaluate the interim payment of the contractor.

* Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
* Ensures that works being carried are in accordance to quality and safety standards and report any risks to safety manager.
* Checks plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and prepare reports as required
* Arrange and distribute the required materials, manpower, equipment’s and tools to achieve the required progress in compliance with the project quality requirements.
* Provides the foremen with the schedule of activities to be carried out on daily basis.
* Reviews requests issued by the foremen in relation to the performance of planned site activities.
* Generates reports for submission to the Construction Manager.
* Attend the site progress meetings and discuss the Weekly reports
* Confirm with Engineering Department the right procedure and clarification if it becomes necessary.

The King Fahd National Library, one of the most important cultural buildings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The design functions as the central driving force behind a piece of urban development and rearrangement, The King Fahd National Library represents the new centre of the rapidly changing Olaya District, and stands out clearly from the heterogeneous existing building pattern. The square new building in the centre of the urban park looks open and light, and is tied into the urban space despite its size The key element of the façade was developed especially for the new building. It is a cladding made up of rhomboid textile awnings, marked by its play with revealing and concealing. The symbolic cuboid shape of the new building surrounds the existing building on all sides, thus presenting the National Library as a new architectural
