Control and consolidate all technical requests, work with all technical sections to develop, gain approval and successfully release invoices, memos, letters and Lead Technical CapEx & OpEx budget planning & control across all technical sections to support the company business strategy, exploit market opportunities, and meet customer needs in the most effective way.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide required decision support reports in cost related issues.
• Join costing committees, which act as a decision support entity in costing issues and enhance the procurement cycle.
• Lead Technical CapEx & OpEx budget planning & control across all technical sections.
• Coordinate multi-department cost reduction projects.
• Receive; coordinate and managing all received invoices in technical department.
• Follow up invoices release with different section and finance till delivering vendor's payment.
• Follow up with vendors for technical required supporting documents.
• Maintain Vendors/Contractors cash flow and solving their payment collection problems to meet technical targets.
• Prepare & track BOQ analysis reports in a weekly/monthly basis
• Maintain full communication with Vendors/contractors as Vendor Relation Management Support.
• Monitor & control vendors/contractors procurement and close all old Purchase Orders/Work Orders.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Covering the Acquisition and the coordination necessary for the development of Etisalat Misr Fiber Optic Backbone network.

Job Responsibility:

• Preparing the necessary attachments documents (geographical maps, sketches,…etc) to the Permits Request and Issuing official request of permits.
• Submitting Permits official letters and the attached documents to the competent authorities.
• Following up (coordination meetings, providing additional info, site survey etc.)
• Receiving payment requests from different authorities and Negotiating. If needed.
• Following the procedures up to receiving the final permits
• Coordination with the various utilities and traffic
• Prepare regular reports that highlight the issuance status of all the required permits, Financial Analysis for the cost of permits; and
• Respond to any inquiries received from customer about permits.

• Following up company activities related to money collection cycle starting from receiving the work order from customer until receiving the cheque related to that work order.
• Conducting financial analysis, cost control and monitoring the business operations to ensuring the overall compliance within contracting standards.

 Job Responsibility:

• Establishing with the company’s system developer and engineers the structure of database and processes to set the basis for company’s business control system.
• Solve most of the problems, which is blocking the collection cycle.
• Following up cash flow and invoices related to each vendor.
• Preparing quotations, invoices, following up and record the received Purchase Orders from vendors.
• Record expenses (Vendor invoices and company expenses) to allocate the direct & indirect cost.
• Preparing periodical reports describing the project’s financial progress.

HR Specialist

• Assisting the HR Manager, in performing general administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

• Establishing with quality control team the Training & Development processes and procedures.
• Concerning with employees Training & Development, “Look for the training centers, courses and prepare a training plan”.
• Following up employees’ vacations and staff utilization tracking.
• Receiving, recording, distributing, and monitoring correspondence and controlling documents for all the incoming printed materials including C.Vs, emails, correspondences, etc.
• Maintain a reliable and easy used filing system (hard and electronic files).

Booking airline tickets and arranging hotel accommodations.
