- Supervising & mentoring employees within the department & other expenses-related departments.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearend reports & tracking budget variations.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Consolidation of different entities accounts at business and group level.
- Assist in preparing Taxation & Zakat declarations.
- Analyze financial information to prepare entries to GL accounts, cost centers and other transactions.
- Succeed in applying a set of effective control procedures for expenses, A/P & AR & other regular tasks. Effectively coordinate the activities of the accounting staff. Leading to reduce booking errors, controlling budget variances, accurate reports and on time closing.
