- Manage customer requirements and customer expectations from pre-sales through to the implementation stages of OSS solution projects.
- Support the sales organization as an expert in the OSS solution portfolio, including answering RFx and Statement of Compliance documents, developing solution descriptions, and writing and reviewing sales materials.
- Organize customer workshops, providing solution and technical expertise and making solution presentations.
- Installing and upgrading OSS-RC on HP-Blade X86 and Oracle Sparc platforms.
