Food Safety Specialist, Chipsy for food industries, � ● Coordinate pest control activities across chipsy plants with monthly delivered trend analysis. ● Responsible for achieving and sustaining FSSC certificate and AIB target for the plant &DC� s. ● Achieve as task owner more than 5 consecutive AIB audit full score in the IPM section 200/200 leading to AMEA silver and golden award for the 1st time in Tanash Plant with score 920 &935 respectively, audit &update the pest control program through update sop &pepsico sector format. ● Plan &execute different audits(FSSC-Aib-GMP-GWP) and participate in the CAPA monitoring & communicate audit findings &CAPA through Audit form system to the sector every month. ● Achieve my area owner packaing, raw materials, lab repeated behavior issues target not to exceed 23% in the monthly action plan. ● Design sampling plan EMP(Environmental monitoring program) based on PepsiCo guidelines for all plant zones that enabled lab to reduce time spent on sampling, making it more productive and efficient. ● Redesigned and strengthened HACCP food safety, process control, and documentation programs by updating HACCP plans from Arabic to the new AMEA sector format. ● Achieved with team zero in customer complaints in the last 2 years and associated costs of customer dissatisfaction. ● Developed company's technical programs by training CFI employees and daily labors on the CRP(consumer risk protection), HACCP and plant sanitation program. ● Developed several procedures to comply with food safety requirements. ● Achieve cost saving chemical consumption through implement plan that enabled to reduce time spent on fryer cleaning boil out, making production process more productive and efficient. ● Participate in sensory testing(Quality Wall) that led to optimization of products. ● Providing additional training &assistant to production team on X-Ray & metal detectors machines systems and feedback on workflow processes. ● Monitor Allergen management implementation using knowledge of ingredient functionality through change over matrix.
