I hold an honours certificate in Adult Education. My educational and work experience have taught me to think analytically, and to pick up new skills quickly when placed in new roles.

I am a competent, fast paced learner with a diverse background, and work well in a team and in an individual environment.I possess strong writing and presentation skills and very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software.  My customer service approach and good communications skills have helped me build relationships within all levels of organizations.

Trillium Health Centre is a leading community hospital in Ontario, It continues to expand in response to the growing health care needs of the one million+ residents it serves in Mississauga, West Toronto and the surrounding region.

Trillium's two-site model facilitates the delivery of comprehensive services for both inpatient and ambulatory care with its Mississauga and West Toronto locations only five kilometres apart from each other. Both locations are supported by a full complement of diagnostic, laboratory and pharmaceutical services.

My responsibilities at Trillium Health Centre included the following:•    Coordinate daily activities and provide administrative support to the Directors of the Project Management, Performance Excellence, THINK Initiative and MHICN along with the Team Leads. This includes Payroll entry, managing calendar activities, provide telephone support to clients on Project Management processes and tools and other Project Management resources•    Develop agendas and recording of various project teams meeting minutes and documentation•    Coordinate all aspects of the start-up of the THINK Initiative Office including design, purchase of furniture, computer accessories, dealing with contractors.  Coordinated a new move of the THINK Initiative Office to another location within 6 months•    Coordinator of the Project Management Training and Microsoft Project Software Training, this includes registration of the participants, generating material for the training, recording and filing attendance, issuing course announcements, confirmations, reminders, producing certificates for the participants, compiling feedback, catering, purchases of supplies for the training course, and setting up of training room•    Procurement of all office supplies and maintenance of office equipment such as printer/color printer/fax, and photocopier•    Acted in the Project Manager role to facilitate the submission process that resulted in Trillium’s PM (STAT) Training (being awarded the 2003 OTTER Award) receiving Best Internal Training II Award

from the CSTD (Canadian Society of Teaching and Development)    CSTD Awards  Took the initiative to source at no cost to Trillium a creative and innovative packaging method that depicted the main theme of the Project Management training material that was submitted to the CSTD

Technicare Biomedical Services (TBS) has two offices in Canada.  One in Burnaby BC and the other in Mississauga ON.  TBS has several contracts within the USA and Japan to supplies parts for medical equipement to canadian health facilities.  They also certify medical equipment for various types of physcians in Ontario.

My role was to run the office.  I was able generate revenue for the company to run a profit for the last two years I was employed.
