Summary

I am a self-motivated, disciplined, hands-on executive with a lot of experience developing products, driving initiatives, and forging strong & profitable ties within the mobile, embedded, and software development industries.  At Trolltech, I headed up alliances, partners, and open source relationships on a global basis.  I had previously been GM  at BSQUARE, a Windows Embedded specialist, where I headed up product development, professional services, sales, marketing, and international operations which helped lead the company to a successful IPO in 2001.

Objective

I am looking for a position where I could be in an individual contributor or leadership role, but where rollling up my sleeves would be important.I could be in an externally facing position where both strategic thinking and ability to implement are needed.  Some of the areas that I could be responsible for include business development, product management, sales, and partner/alliance development - always with an eye towards monetization. Most importantly, I would like to be a part of a creative, passionate atmosphere where teamwork, focus and discipline in execution determine success.
