- Devise HR plans , lead the HR team and enforce HR policy.
- Developing policies and procedures.
- Developing the organizational structure.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to develop employee job-descriptions.
- Managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Ensure adherence to employee and labor law, notify management regarding change in any labor legislation and its impact on the company.
- Oversee employee payroll processing.
- Monitor employee attendance and vacation requests, ensure leaves/vacations are approved in line with the company policy.
- Managing performance appraisal.
- Managing Employees compensations.
- Managing staff house, transportation.
- Managing medical insurance .
- Reviewing HR reports in monthly basis with top management.
