Currently, I work as a research assistant in the concrete material lab. In this period, I participated in numerous projects dedicated towards evaluating fly ash as material and cement substitute using cutting edge techniques such as X-ray computed tomography, X-ray fluorescence and scanning electron microscope. In addition to working on several other topics such as cement hydration mechanism, Shrinkage, Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR) and Chloride penetration.

During this period, I participated in a project dedicated towards evaluating the cracking potential of High Performance Concrete used in Bridges through newly invented experimental tool "Pie test apparatus".

In addition to rich experience in work shop drawing and drafting of reinforced concrete elements.
