- ·Planning, Analyzing & Execution of Projects.
- ·Preparing and maintaining documents of Project Plans.
- ·Training and development of resources (In-house staff and Vendors).
- ·Transitioning of projects to and from other facilities/ departments as and when necessary.
- ·Maintaining up-to-date MIS Reports.
- ·Designing and establishing new Workflows, software tools and systems for the new projects.
- ·Maintaining Customer Communications on a regular basis at the operational level.
