I am responsible for over 250 client accounts as well as managing business development. This includes reaching out to potential clients, creating positive experiences for current clients, and managing the development of client project. In addition to sales and marketing activities, I also track all billing, create contracts and proposals, and manage web content, Google Analytics and Adwords.
Worked with this fashion/lifestyle retailer as a sales associate, and was responsible for providing customer service and merchandising assistance. Developed my knowledge of current fashion and lifestyle trends, as well as an understanding of the branding and marketing tactics used to target the 18-30 year old demographic group.
Tracked the progress of insurance and mortgage applications, while organizing and processing the payments to these areas. I would follow up and correct any problems and complaints from FSCO clients. When needed, would update the company’s computer system guides, and aid the Legal department.
