My first account was Sprint Mobile, where I handled customer service calls such as billing inquiries and disputes, selling and assisting customers with call plans that suits their needs, and basic troubleshoot. My second account was Intuit Quickbooks Installation where I handled both customer service calls such as account and product inquiries, and technical support wherein I walked the customer through the entire software installation and made sure that it's working; otherwise do basic and advanced troubleshoot. The role also entailed upsell on support plans so the customer can get support for all their software concerns. The last account was Qwest DSL where I helped the customers diagnose and troubleshoot modem and Internet connection problems, as well as selling speed upgrades to make sure they get the best service offer.
