Creative artist management and digital production company, providing creative strategy and collaborative content creation for industry leading advertising, corporations and consumer brands.

  • Led the account development, strategy, management and delivery of premium animation, interactive media content, print and video services to major advertising agencies, corporations and publishing clientele;
  • Facilitated the ideation and execution of numerous consumer and trade advertising and branding campaigns for clients such as: AFLAC, Bose Electronics, Celestial Seasonings, Friskies, Mattel,  Proctor & Gamble and Sanofi-Aventis;
  • Managed team of 50 premiere domestic and international animation, CGI, illustration, photography and video production studios.
  • Oversaw large cross-functional teams of content developers, agency creatives, producers, client services and corporate marketing teams;   
  • Responsible for contractual fee negotiations, and ROI for the firm's pool of creative content suppliers with full P&L accountability;
  • Supervised administration of social media, corporate and talent web sites. Collaborated with team to determine the most engaging content to drive social media traffic.

Founder and Creative Director

Mascart, Inc.

Manufacturer of a graphically driven line of licensed posters and t-shirts featuring unique renderings of the mascots of major college universities such as: the Duke Blue Devils, Florida State Seminoles, and Michigan Wolverines.

  • Creative director overseeing all product design, including all print production and screen print production for $1 million hard good and soft goods line;
  • Responsible for establishing and driving design brand strategy, design vision and design executions, through trade show exhibitions and direct contact with major specialty store buyers;
  • Developed a sales and distribution network of 15 external and internal sales representatives covering chain and specialty stores throughout the US and Canada;
  • Conducted focus group research, with targeted youth demographic, to test new designs through a developed network of middle school and high school sports directors.

  • Spearheaded new business development, increasing revenues by 48% in a four-year period;
  • Improved efficiency of business-to-business direct mail campaigns, through market testing, and outsourced direct mail fulfillment services;

  • Implemented networked computer billing and database system to increase the efficiency of internal office operations, including timely billing of completed projects;
