Mark Coron has been in the Not for Profit sector for over 20 years in a variety of organizations, with budgets ranging from $ 5 million to $ 100 million.He has demonstrated strategic and financial leadership in community and chapter based, healthcare, social service organizations, including international operations.These organizations have multi locations.They have ranged in staff size from 50 to 2500.

He has held titles of Director of Financial Analysis and Systems, Controller, Consultant and his career has steadily grown in the areas of managing staff development, financial software enhancements and implementations, and accurate and timely reporting both on a monthly and Fiscal Year end basis.He has been the “Super User” for most if not all financial reporting packages.

He has participated in providing guidance to Program staff that does not understand the implications of their respective Budget vs. Performance results.He has initiated and reviewed RFP’s as they relate to adding to the core value that would enhance the mission of the organization.

He has always been approachable by his staff on personal as well as business issues.
