I am an HR Consultant with many years experience at both operational and strategic levels. My particular areas of expertise are job analysis, job evaluation, competency frameworks, training and development (including leadership, talent and succession management), performance management and reward (including equal pay for work of equal value and single status), resourcing and employee relations (including employment law). I have advised both private and public sector organizations. These sectors include: investment banking, legal, accountancy, education, central and local government, the arts, transportation and utilities.
