Event planning and on-site management of event team and consumer interaction activities for a variety of clients and events. Consumer lifestyle and business events include Ford/Xperience Communications (24-market, mobile event tour - Winner of the Grand Ex Gold for “Best Multiple Market Consumer Event”), General Motors (100th Anniversary Event), Harley Davidson (Daytona, Sturgis and Myrtle Beach Bike Rallies), Lincoln Mercury and Verizon.
- Work closely with executive producers assisting in all facets of the production
- On-site management of event team, exhibit installs, and consumer interaction
- Generate lead documentation and daily activation reports that are used to help measure event effectiveness and ROI
- Act as a gorilla marketer, product specialist, and greeter as needed to drive consumers to the exhibit and generate leads
- Troubleshoot technical and equipment issues
