Maintain 75+ offices and operations centers PBX system. Responsible for 2500+ users communications needs. Trouble shoot, adds, moves and changes. Responsible for designing voip network and designing global numbering scheme for future networking offices with voip. Responsible for design and implementation of disaster recovery for voice network.

Responsible for monitoring retail office network consisting of over 100 + circuits. Design and install oai gateway to track trunk usage, system manager and acd packages. Installed Linux based network monitoring system. Knowledgeable on t1 and ds3 Cisco and Adtran routers. Managed three other individuals for days to day operations and telecom billing. Scheduled and maintained contact with vendors and carriers.
