Solution Lead (HPES: Solutioning & Sales Support)
As Solution Leader for Transition & Transformation and Practice Architects, I’m the primary customer-facing expert and a member of the engagement solution team in Strategic Outsourcing engagements. Key focus on the outsourcing solution design from opportunity creation, proposal development, technical solution preparation, until contract signature and solution hand-over to the Account Delivery or Transition & Transformation teams. Key responsibility is to deliver an integrated solutions based on depth knowledge, taking a leadership role with complex solutions. Through delivering tremendous differentiated and perceived value to customers making sure that the overall service experience is the best in the IT industry. Leveraging on the entire experience and knowledge of the organization, in addition to driving the creation of structured intellectual capital. Coach the Practice Architects to optimize efficiency and productivity. Act as an interlock between HPE and the Client to ensure the proposed solution is addressing the business needs of the Client and can be delivered by HPE at the best possible market price.
