My primary duty was to assist business owners and accountants in accessing their finanical transactions through finanical software( Quickbooks, Quicken). I also assisted business' in processing payroll transactions through the banks Premium Payroll service while assisting all customers with their internet connection issues using finanical software. I was a trusted banker as I had access to view and report on balances, transactions and account information. My primary goal was to troubleshoot as many problems as I could to get customer issues resolved as quickly as possible to be avaliable for the next call. We were graded on handle time as well as customer surveys, which I exceeded expectation. The job required a solid technical background using windows as well as mac with an ablity to communicate efficently with less technical consumers to resolve issues.
