I am very athletic and enjoy being in the gym and training in my spare time. I am studying to get my ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) personal training licence within the year and will then be a certified Personal Trainer. I also enjoy helping people with their personal goals and try and use my knowlege to assist them. I write meal plans and workout with people to help them meet their goals.
Hello everyone and thank you for viewing my portfolio! My name is Katie Adcock, I attend the University of Alabama and am majoring in Food and Nutrition. I am very passionate about helping people lead healthy lives and teaching them how to do so. Not for a temporary "fix" but as a lifestyle. My long term future goal is to open my own fitness facility and nutrition clinic. It is a dream I have always had and would love to accomplish. It will be hard to overcome the obstacles in the process, but I am up for the challenge. I would also love to work in sports nutrition and help athletes. I am very outgoing, love being around people, going to the gym, and being outdoors.
I have known Kathy for over 4 years. She was my manager at Carter's and has first hand look at my work ethic. She also has seen that I go above and beyond what I am asked to do no matter what the task.
