  • Built centralized Service Desk from startup to early maturity which resulted in the remote resolution of over 14% of total technical issues on a month-by-month basis.The remote service desk is projected to resolve over 50% of school districts’ technical issues by completion of its first year.

Converted internal IT services into revenue-generating services for real estate and non-real estate clients.Forward-thinking innovator who guided partnership between newly-acquired IT managed services firm and Grubb & Ellis | West Shell Commercial (G&E | WSC), established to provide complementary IT services to commercial real estate clients.
