Project Manager (which included all subcontractor/vendor contracts, oversight on submittal/RFI process, owner relations, owner billings, owner/subcontractor change orders, full close-out and P/L for specifically managed projects) for the following:
Everett Mall Renovation - Work included general Front side civil renovation/repair, selective re-roofing of the entire mall, general mall common space/infrastructure repair, Complete civil/parking for entire west side (creation of "Village" pads), Front Entries renovation, Village Building #1 (which included full build out of a Best Buy store), and Village Building #2 (which included full build out of a PetsMart and Bed, Bath and Beyond). Very complex and dynamic project with many challenges including major renovation to mall electrical/telephone services, civil modification for new Regal Cimena pad, fully build out for Borders Book and numerous "vanilla" shell spaces for new tenants. Never missed a milestone date. $21 million in value.
Columbia Center Mall - Lifestyle buildings addition- Complete building package (from demolition through vanilla shell) for two free standing, four tenant space buildings. Again, below grade work/civil improvements created numerous issues. Bulding 1 was finished in a 5 month window (started in mid-May) and stores (buildout by others) were open for Christmas season. Building 2 delayed due to extensive issues with local utility company but was completed by the following April. Also performed full bathroom remodel and single interior tenant build out within this time frame. $6+ million.
TJ Maxx at Factoria Mall - Full tenant build out within the existing mall for TJ Maxx store. Started from cold dark shell and had open TJ Maxx in 5 months (on schedule). Just under $1 million.
The Landing in Renton - Multiple phase, full retail/entertainment development on over 25 acres. Directly managed 10 ground up speculative retail buildings (cold/dark shell spaces) and four story post tensioned parking garage. Had one full tenant improvement for Ross Dress for Less. Had Snr. PM responsibilities for 12 other building, full civil and Regal Theater. Total development in excess of $70 million, directly managed over $20 million.
