Marc’s accomplishments at The Blueberry Group include guiding a large HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) provider through a strategic realignment of human resources. Marc facilitated consensus of the strategic plan with the senior leadership team and collaborated with frontline managers to develop and execute the project plan. In the Financial Services Industry, Marc led a large financial services provider through a post-merger compliance program; his ability to align the right human capital to the strategic plan increased compliance by 50 percent in the twelve-month period following the merger.
