As the principal consultant at the Blueberry Group’s Management Consulting practice (2007), Marc handles a variety programs that span five different industries with teams as small as eight and as large as 45 members. He implements people, processes, and technical solutions needed to support each organization’s desired future state. Marc’s accomplishments at The Blueberry Group include guiding a large HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) provider through a strategic realignment of human resources. Marc facilitated consensus of the strategic plan with the senior leadership team and collaborated with frontline managers to develop and execute the project plan. In the Financial Services Industry, Marc led a large financial services provider through a post-merger compliance program; his ability to align the right human capital to the strategic plan increased compliance by 50 percent in the twelve-month period following the merger.
