Developed new marketing materials for Friends of Deckers Creek sponsors including, Proposal for Clean Creek Program, solicitation letter, donation form, initial call script, follow-up letter, second call script to potential sponsors. All members of our group were given these materials on a cd and FODC letter head to send letters to potential sponsors and provided call scripts to ensure customer satisfaction.  Created guidlines for low literacy rate individuals, developed a quick reference guide for the client, produced brochures about hypertension for qualifying individuals throughout the state of West Virginia, and won the group project for Mylan Puskar Health Right.
