•Helped increase average client size from $21.5K in 2009 to over $72K in 2011 (50+ clients).
•Developed, organized and managed Apogee’s partner channel. The partner channel allowed Apogee to expand its service offering and generate more revenue while helping clients simplify vendor relationships. (Brokered key partnerships with IBM, Rackspace, Ascendant Technologies and The Pedowitz Group)
•Oversaw 4 teams of Online Marketing Managers and 8 technical specialists. Coordinated, mentored and lead additional Project Managers and Solution Engineers from different disciplines to develop holistic online marketing strategies for clients. These strategies and tactics resulted in a significant uptick in client retention and revenue.
•Negotiated contracts with IBM to become an approved vendor and Apogee’s third largest client, generating substantial additional income for Apogee.
•Developed relationships with our client’s top executives from Cavenders, Datran Media, IBM, Lance Armstrong Foundation, NEAmb (National Education Association Member Benefits) NimSoft, OneSource, Perkin Elmer Intl, Viacord, Rimini Street, TeleFlora, TheScooterStore and the University of Texas.
