•Consultative sales representative giving presentations to individuals, companies and military personnel in Hawaii regarding the University of Phoenix (UOP) degree programs.  

•Sales efforts expanded Hawaii campus from 350 students to 900 in two years. 

•Earned promotion from enrollment counselor to Market Development - Neighbor Islands 

•Led expansion of Hawaii campus by pioneering the 1st satellite location for degree programs on the island of Kauai, HI.

•Led second expansion of UoP/Hawaii by opening 2nd and 3rd satellite locations in Kona/Hilo, HI.  

•Promoted to the marketing/sales position in the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) program at the main campus in Honolulu, HI.  

•Campus had two prior failed attempts to launch the MCSE program. Within two months of my appointment successfully inaugurated the MCSE program.

•Gained corporate approval from parent company to double the program facilities 

•Doubled MCSE enrollment within one year.  

•Team designated for “National Best Practices Award” for MCSE admissions and student retention rates among highest in the nation
