I felt quite honored when Michael Haley asked me to write a reference letter for him.In my role as Senior Career Consultant at New Horizons Computer Learner Centers of Southern California Michael was my direct Manager for two years.

As Director of Education; Michael motivated me as an employee in every aspect of my job.Michael’s “do the right things” attitude was infectious.Teamwork was an important aspect of Michael’s management style.Mike has always understood the old axiom that we rise or fall together and has made teamwork with others job number one for his department.Personally I was motivated to be successful with my sales; to make Michael successful.

Michael has a zest for life and has a variety of interests. He can relate to people in many ways and on many levels. In fact, his people skills have saved the day for our department on more than one occasion when dealing with unhappy students.

I could continue on with glowing accounts of Michael, but will instead simply say that I truly do think the world of him and respect him greatly.

I would without any reservation recommend Michael Haley to you.He would be a tremendous asset to any company.
