Mitch Kupperman possesses a record of helping companies to achieve success. He leverages his extensive college education and nearly 30 years of experience in human resources and education to expand companies’ revenue, lower employee turnover, boost morale, and develop successful financial plans for the future. Mr. Kupperman specializes in regulatory compliance, employee benefits plans, compensation packages, recruitment, retention, strategic planning, and risk management.

Among his most significant accomplishments, Mitch Kupperman helped Dairy Mart Convenience Stores, Inc., to achieve a $700 million increase in revenue. Mr. Kupperman implemented procedures to increase the company's 800-employee workforce to over 5,000. He also oversaw the human resources department’s plans to develop more than 1,050 new stores for Dairy Mart Convenience Stores, with an annual operating budget of $1.6 million.

Mitch Kupperman also made strides at Northeast Learning Centers Inc., where he generated a positive cash flow for a group of Boston learning centers a mere 18 months after they opened. Increasing revenues to over $7 million, he opened 25 learning centers in the West Springfield area. Kupperman oversaw educational efforts, site development, public relations, communications, and financial planning for Northeast Learning Centers until 2008.

Since joining Lubavitcher Yeshiva Academy (LYA) in 2009, Mitch Kupperman has earned reaccreditation for the school. He has also reduced the teacher turnover rate to nearly zero by implementing a performance feedback system for instructors at the academy. At present, his efforts at the institution involve perfecting the curriculum and financial planning.
