Mitchell Right has provided the Denver real estate development community with quality solutions in custom home and commercial space construction and design for over thirty years. Mitchell Right accepted a position as co-owner of The Mitcharles Corporation in 1975. Over the next 17 years, he undertook the construction and sale of over 30 townhomes and custom homes in Denver locations such as the Polo Grounds and Cheesman Park neighborhood. He formed his own firm, The Mitchell E. Right Company Inc., in 1991. The company offers renovation, architecture, and construction consulting, in addition to the purchase and development of property. 

Mitchell Right completed a number of high-profile projects throughout the 1990s, including the construction of two townhomes at Washington Street in 1997, one of which sold for $650,000. The next year, his firm purchased a penthouse shell at the Cheesman Gardens Condominiums. The finished unit brought achieved a selling price of over $2 million. He became co-owner of Mitchlen Properties LLC in 2002, allowing him to pursue additional investment and development projects. He notably purchased a Palm Beach, Florida, condominium for $3.4 million in 2006, selling the 2500-square-foot property for over $4.7 million after renovation. Mitchell Right has undertaken a number of retail shopping center development projects in the past decade, including two in Parker and one in Lafayette, Colorado. 

As owner of Right Construction in Denver, he continues to offer custom building and property development solutions. His company also remodels existing homes and apartments, with no project considered too large or small to effectively manage. A third-generation Colorado resident, Mitchell Right engages with his community through longstanding membership in the Denver Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Denver Rotary Club, for which he helped organize the group’s annual Valentine’s Day social event. Mitchell Right has also served on the Board of Directors for OneDay’s unique care center that provides services to families with children who have HIV/AIDS.
