Responsibilities included: regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, adherence to corporate and corporate E&P policies and procedures, implementation of policies, and training in US Lower 48, Alaska, GOM, and Canada.  Conducting environmental due diligence studies for all acquisitions, divestitures, and business development opportunities.  Managed environmental due diligence and baseline surveys for several multi-million dollar acquisitions and projects, and two separate billion plus dollar acquisitions.  Participated and facilitated risk assessments, HAZIDS, incident reporting and investigations.  Process development and audit for contractor HSE management, aviation safety, environmental reporting and compliance with air, water, waste, and NPDES permits, HSE metrics both for corporate, state and federal governments, and facility health and safety.  Conducted and participated in project technical reviews to include preliminary due diligence and conceptual hazard assessments in GIP processes.  Proficient with the EHS tools utilized by Repsol for environmental reporting, waste stream management, and HSE reporting and improvement actions registries.
