During the 8 week period of my internship I was performed different duties in the Food & Beverage Department, the operations of banquets and restaurants were introduced to me while I was deputed to assist the respective managers in day-to-day tasks, like Banquet Sales Coordinator and Banquet sales Executive. During that time I have proven myself capable, reliable, industrious and social.

- Welcome, greet & seat the guest with very humble & polite attitude.
- Take care of time element in between order taking & order service.
- Always ready to anticipate the guest need and fulfill their requirements.
- Filing Log book Report on daily basis.
- Monitor all Events on daily basis.
- Handle guest complains.
