* Lead the implementation of ‘first’ MOSS 2007 enterprise content management and workflow solution at a fortune 50 company on time and within budget. Process involved extensive alternative/value analysis, engaging teams within and outside of company to understand feasibility of the approach and decipher known ‘unknowns’. It also involved managing procurement and logistics of new hardware resources, licenses and addressing limitations with development activities using standard global client. This resulted in company’s ability to meet ECHA regulations for chemical registration, volume tracking and downstream customer communications.* Chartered and supervised a road map plan for upgrading of plant floor security systems from W2K to W2K3. The original two step process was streamlined to shorten implementation life cycle significantly which resulted in cost savings of up to $700,000. This effort also included determining VMware viability for new product release in tandem with exploring storage alternatives to align with company's most effective technology objectives and reduce operational costs.

* Instrumental in delivery of a complex CITRIX based application for clinical trials team which was ongoing for 3 years prior to my involvement. It was successfully accomplished by leveraging team’s technical expertise, offering tactical solutions to build new interfaces and alleviating platform related issues. The application architecture was re-engineered using SOA design patterns which resulted in cost savings on licenses and yearly recharges by 50%.

Project scope included enhancing mechanism to accommodate retail along with fleet vehicle orders which involved upgrading market facing web front end, Oracle Configurator application used internally by GM team to establish relationships and dependency rules between orderable entities and the underlying database model. Michigan Child Support Enforcement System (MiCSES): MiCSES, is a state-wide application used by Support Specialists (SS), Friends of Court (FOC) and Prosecuting Attorney (PA) offices to establish, enforce and manage child support cases. System improvements were delivered to archive TML documents by using documentum along with adding more reporting capabilities. Responsibilities included facilitating JAD sessions, finalizing functional requirements, conducting root cause analysis, offering cost effective technical solutions, leading a development team of 8 members and supporting everyday operations.

Community Mental Health Link (CMH-Link): A web based application for capitated health care management was enhanced and maintained for Detroit Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency (DWCCMHA). CMH-Link includes components to handle data exchange between DWCCMHA, State of Michigan (MDCH) and service providers. The portal provides eligibility, enrollment, utilization, coverage, provider compliancy and recipient rights information. Daily errands included developing framework bits, establishing best practices, implementing EDI documents (837, 834, 997) and change management activities.

Property Tax Application (PTA): A web-based utility was developed to replace legacy system for Wayne County treasurer's office to determine tax for parcel ids, generate receipts, and mark delinquent/forfeited accounts. Everyday tasks included coding, testing, troubleshooting, deploying and documenting of API, COM/COM+ objects and database stored procedures.

Price Reduction Information System (PRISII): PRISII is used at Ford Quality and Purchasing team to keep buyers and supplier's in-sync about price reduction of re-usable containers used to ship products. At the start of each month buyers were notified of suppliers to be contacted for price reduction. Duties included writing procedures, building CGI scripts, database modeling, application performance tuning.

Enterprise Testing: The project was accomplished using PERL and Oracle to capture Y2K compliance process milestones at landscape, interface and interface stage levels throughout Ford Corporate. Processes included automating landscape status, scoping & planning status. Job functions included analyzing, developing, testing and implementing iteratively.
