About Me

I have been advising clients regarding their career plans and writing resumes for over 12 years. I am proud to encourage, enlighten and empower job seekers for success! An accomplished writer and editor, I was a Vice President for a Wall Street firm prior to earning a Master’s degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, where I trained in career advising and counseling.

Prior to founding Keppie Careers, I was responsible for career advising, presentations and programming at several New York City institutions and headed the Career Action Center at the Rollins School of Public Health of Emory University. At Emory, I advised an array of clients, from new professionals through experienced job seekers and honed my skills by working with a very diverse clientele.

Well known in the industry for my highly regarded blogs and sought by The Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com, ABCnews.com, Wisconsin Public Radio and other media outlets for professional advice, I happily share my insights on important and timely career search strategies. Using Twitter for the job hunt is a particular favorite topic, and I am listed in a variety of "Best People to Follow on Twitter" lists for job seekers. You may also read my advice on the nationally known Examiner.com site, where I serve as the National Career Coach Examiner.

I'm also an editor for Personal Branding Magazine, a highly successful publication of best-selling author Dan Schawbel, so I am very attuned to professional issues regarding branding for job search and advise my clients regarding how to harness all of the tools at their disposal. In addition, I serve as the Career Coach Expert and Networking and Social Media Strategy Coordinator for GreatPlaceJobs, a site dedicated to helping people land jobs at award-winning companies.

I am available to coach job seekers and teach best practices to land a job. Save time, money and your sanity by hiring me BEFORE you spend months banging your head against a wall. I will teach you to "drive your own career bus." You DO control your future. Let me help you outline your roadmap!
