Responsibilities included manage marketing team, work closely with vice president and president to accomplish marketing goals and objectives; serve as primary support for sales team; develop, manage and execute annual strategic marketing and communications plan; coordinate and manage all client facing marketing communication activities; serve as media outlet and vendor contact; manage all social media efforts; manage company website; develop and implement brand standards; generate positive brand and image awareness; annual budget creation, implementation and tracking; develop design and copy of all original marketing communication materials including press releases, case studies, marketing collateral, advertisements, external newsletters, promotional emails, blog and website content; manage and execute corporate philanthropic efforts; prepare and manage company and trade show events; and maintain client relationship management database.
