  •  Involved in business decisions that require complex judgments such as selecting appropriate managed services deals terms and conditions and service level agreements.
  • Worked closely with regional leadership team to identify, assess, reduce and report key business risks and decided criteria for accepting risks and the acceptable levels of risk.

Worked with the company's top executives to identify, prioritize, reduce and transfer business risks:

  • Provided risk management advisory services for corporate finance divisions, including: insurance, treasury, M&A, external reporting and accounting departments; results presented to CFO and risk mitigations were rolled out globally.
  • Conducted workshops in regions regarding business risks for developing strategic and operational plans based on business intelligence reports. Followed-up the regional risk maturity model and improved results up to 40%.
  • Identified€ 5m potential financial loss related to a sourcing deal and mitigated the risk by proposing alternative contractual terms.
  • Reinforced relationship amongst department heads throughout facilitating collaborative workshops which shorted cross-functional decision cycle time by 50%.
  • Created business development strategies and recommended new ways of working related to change management initiatives, leading to improved top-down communications towards employees.
  • Appointed project manager by upper management and led a cross-functional team of nine in conducting group interviews with key corporate subordinates; objectively capturing and thoroughly assessing risks related to everyday department specific operations.

  • Grameenphone Bangladesh Deal: Facilitated intensive workshops with the client in order to identify the deal's scope. Focused on customer intimacy and attention to detail resulting in a scope extension of€ 0,4m.
  • Vodafone Greece Project Delivery: Led a team of three in the delivery of a core telecom network service. Efficient project management techniques and interpersonal skills resulted in repurchase of the€ 0,5m service by the customer.
  • Sales Lead Award: Created sales leads and won two times the yearly awards by early customer engagements and understanding their unique needs that resulted in win-win situations.
