HR Supervisor with the following tasks and duties:. Responsible for all Talent Acquisition function such as: Working with internal teams and Department Managers to fulfill all required vacancies in the company. Assisting with both external and internal hiring efforts(internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.) Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, and exit interviews in case of resignation. Participating in employment events, such as career fairs. Using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process. Responsible for all Learning and Development activities such as: Identifying Training and Development needs within an organization(Local/Abroad) through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Departments' Managers and Human Resources Departments. Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual by sending them to external Training Centers or On Shelf Courses in company premises. Developing effective induction programmes. Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization. Evaluating Training and Development programmes through Training Evaluation Form. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through Effectiveness Follow Up Form and discussions with Managers. Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, magazines, attending relevant meetings, courses and events. Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages. HR Functions: Contributing in Salary Surveys comparing between various Companies in the Egyptian Market. Responsible for recognition process, choosing, selecting and filtering employee of the month nominated by different departments according to company's procedures and regulations. Conducting various research studies pertaining to personnel services and benefits with the view of improving and developing the same(i.e. Staff Satisfaction Survey). Conducting Employees' Annual Appraisals System. Ensuring that Job Descriptions of all positions included in the approved Organization Chart are properly prepared, approved and updated as & when required
