Objective: To study competition/others in building material space and suggest an effective model to manage sub dealers

Project Description:

  • Designed & implemented Summer Fruit Festival in various corporate
  • 2nd Anniversary sale campaign: Broke previous records of single day order generation (150% increase)
  • Carried out campaigns though various digital marketing platforms to increase promotion and customer engagement
  • Created 6 videos as an advertising campaign(YouTube)
  • Market research: Conducted price surveys across Mumbai, to gain insights for marketing Facilitated B2B tie-ups and thereby Increasing visibility and sales
  • Performed retention analysis and assigned Account Manager accordingly


Designed and Implemented various campaigns at go4fresh for increase in sales. Some of them are mentioned below. The advertising campaign mentioned below are implemented  in ZERO cost.
