Key accomplishments: IT operation transformation in a 24x7 organization using multi-sourcing strategy in Telco’s, hosting and hardware provisioning, partially offshoring Service Desk in Romania, implementing ITIL processes and dual-datacenter strategy. Authored new Disaster Recovery Plan. Reduction of incidents (-40%).
Direction of OS Department (70 employees, 48M€/year) and management of all IT assets and IT infrastructure (1800 sites) for Europcar. Major provider used: Capgemini & BT Services for hosting, Unisys for Office Automation in all corporate countries for Europe & APAC, Techteam for Service Desk, T Systems, RGC and Telstra for Telco.
In the meantime, I lead e-partnership IT initiatives (Amadeus, Easyjet, dBahn, Virgin, Accor …) and I actively participed in the group strategy definition and implementation on mobility workstreams.
