Operation Services Director
Transformed Europcar Information Services in a 24x7 world class IT services provider for B2C and B2B allowing 40% of business on e-commerce and 10 million e-invoices.
Key accomplishments: IT operation transformation in a 24x7 organization using multi-sourcing strategy in Telco’s, hosting and hardware provisioning, partially offshoring Service Desk in Romania, implementing ITIL processes and dual-datacenter strategy. Authored new Disaster Recovery Plan. Reduction of incidents (-40%).
Direction of OS Department (70 employees, 48M€/year) and management of all IT assets and IT infrastructure (1800 sites) for Europcar. Major provider used: Capgemini & BT Services for hosting, Unisys for Office Automation in all corporate countries for Europe & APAC, Techteam for Service Desk, T Systems, RGC and Telstra for Telco.
In the meantime, I lead e-partnership IT initiatives (Amadeus, Easyjet, dBahn, Virgin, Accor …) and I actively participed in the group strategy definition and implementation on mobility workstreams.

Global IT Services Manager
Enabled BNP Paribas Assurance expansion strategy building group IT governance & services for 42 subsidiaries over Asia, Europe and Americas while leading IT strategy implementation for all major acquisition initiatives (due diligence, IT implementation roadmap, IT services installation).
Key accomplishments: 12 country HQ’s opened in 13 months (Russia, Vietnam, Turkey, Algeria, Croatia, Korea, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Columbia, Thailand). Group IT governance implementation for 42 subsidiaries (budgets, project roadmap, HR management, contracts, invoicing/recharge, sourcing).
Direction of 4 teams (25 project managers and experts) over Asia, Latin America, Europe, and IT functional report of subsidiary IT managers.
In the meantime, I directed the IT regionalization program for all subsidiaries (12M€): datacenter consolidation in APT Singapore, HP Sao Paulo, BNL Roma and Paris. I opened in India an IT skill center with Infosys. I lead the Latin America IT regionalization for 3 business lines (Corporate & Investment Banking, CETELEM, BNP Paribas Assurance).

Lead Manpower Group IT Services to enable major transformation initiatives triggered by business challenges such as: company improvement program, globalization on back office activities, transformation of group sourcing policy and make/buy strategy, development of high margin activities.
Key accomplishments: datacenter consolidation over 65 countries, IBM outsourcing (Singapore, Milwaukee, Uxbridge, Brussels, Paris, Buenos Aires), 6% total IT cost reduction.
Direction of 4 Global Technology Services teams (60 engineers in Brussels, Uxbridge, Milwaukee, Singapore), PMO: worldwide steering of main IT projects ( budget over $100k).
In the meantime, I actively participed in the group strategy building and implementation as a non permanent member of the senior executive strategic planning committee. I lead the EMEA Front-Office standardization projects (business process reengineering, standard branch office Information System for 12000 users)

Key accomplishments: Minus 12% Help-Desk costs implementing an enterprise Single Sign-On, reduced by 50% project delivery time reengineering application hosting and architecture on UNIX servers, establishing integration policy between legacy, web and external services, and building an Integration Competency Center.
In the meantime, Manpower France, Adecco, VediorBis created a shared B2B market place for temporary staffing in France (Pixid): I lead all technical design and implementation.
