Understanding the inherent need to increase the marketability and sale of tickets online, Milford Skane created CEATS (CyberSEATS for Entertainment, Arts, Travel, and Sports). Since co-founding the company in the early 1990s, he has remained an instrumental force behind the innovative direction of the company. Milford Skane designed the original CyberSEATS technology in 1999 and immediately submitted an application for patent protection. Securing his first patent in 2008, he remains a constant innovator and has now accumulated 16 patents, with eight more applications currently pending. Also operating as the Chief Technology Officer of CEATS, Milford Skane currently works with entertainment venues, travel services, and various ticket agencies to improve the ease and efficiency by which tickets are sold to consumers. Milford Skane first studied engineering at The University of New Hampshire before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps and attending MCAS Millington Electronics School. After being honorably discharged, Milford Skane became a Guidance System Technician with AlliedSignal, now known as Honeywell International Inc., and continued to specialize in computer technology with additional firms such as Rockwell International, Computer Services Personified, and MS InterGATE, Inc. Today, Milford Skane is dedicated to perfecting the systems that have made CEATS such a viable option for both ticketing venues and consumers alike. When not focused on the future developments of CEATS, Milford Skane enjoys attending National Football League (NFL) games as a season ticket holder and participating his local church.
