* Managed over 200 groups at the Beaverton Community Center

* Recruited 147 qualified applicants for 16 Board and Commissions in 2013.

* Planned and executed 4 City wide events each year, drawing 100 to 1000 attendees.

* First point of contact for citizens trying to navigate the City’s hierarchy - problem resolution.

* Staff liaison to three Neighborhood Association Committees.

* Produced high quality promotional materials, advertisements, press releases.

Recycle at Work Compliance and Education Specialist

Cold call to businesses to determine rate of recycling

* Educate businesses on proper recycling, laws and ordnances related to recycling

* Delivery of recycling receptacles and information sheets





Event planning

Plan complex events for the public from conception to completion. Work with vendors to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget. Produce a high quality experience for attendees. Ensure that all the stakeholders are aware of the process and have ample opportunities for input.

Outreach to diverse communities in increase engagement. Volunteer training to increase productivity of volunteers, event planning to celebrate and retain volunteers.
