Developed and executed a business plan that profitably grew this Service throughout Pinkerton's largest business unit, representing 130 field offices in the U.S. for this Service, directed market research and analysis, development and implementation of customized marketing plans; set revenue and profit goals; selling nationally, regionally, and locally; designing price models; implementing best practices throughout the organization; development of automated resources; analyzing business unit performance; coaching and training field sales and operations personnel. Resulted in 22% annual compounded growth with profit margins twice that of traditional security services.
