Concerto Consulting, Inc. is a new business startup providing IT consulting, project management and business technology solutions in Orange County.  We help small to medium size businesses save money and drive efficiency by orchestrating their technology requirements from an on-site business model to the "cloud" based with technology delivered as a utility via The Utility Company - a national franchise.

Established the IT Project Management Office chartered with reporting all functional business group project & program updates, delivering projects and streamlining processes utilizing Lean Six-Sigma techniques. Articulated business benefits and alignment of the project/program with core business strategy including technology roadmap. Drive continuous process improvements and cost savings within the group. Led the initial effort in developing an IT strategic plan and proactively improve the IT mergers & acquisition process with senior management.

Led the IT Project Office with an 18-member team of project managers, architects and consultants in delivering projects and establishing project management best practices. Work with external consulting firms on new project proposals and prioritization process.

2001 - 2003

Group Manager, IT Applications Services

Directed a 75-member team across 7 remote manufacturing locations with a $12M budget in support of all North American manufacturing systems. Contributed to senior management strategic planning initiatives related to quality systems, skills alignment, and IT resources planning. Developed a legacy systems decommissioning strategy in alignment with Oracle ERP implementation.

1994 - 2001

Manager, IT Applications Services

Managed a 17-member Technical Information Systems group in the Diagnostics Division with a $1.2M budget. Led the support, development and enhancements of business-critical multi-language labeling system and technical data management system. Established strategic direction for business information systems as a technical member of group’s executive steering committee. Additional employment history includes Administrator of Technical Information Systems at Beckman Instruments, Consultant for Execusoft, Member of Technical Staff for Hughes Aircraft, and Programmer for Beckman Instruments.
