·Oversaw $100+ million steam pilot project and infrastructure build out to support first ever oil production in the Country of Madagascar

Provided investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt placements, buy- & sell-side M&A representation and strategic advisory services to oil and gas companies in over $2 billion of transactions

·Managed all aspects of the advisory process, including financial modeling and analysis, determining valuation and optimal capital structure, negotiating term sheets, and conducting financial and regulatory due diligence reviews

·Selected as one of two investment bankers to advise on and execute Randall & Dewey’s transaction with Jefferies & Co.

·Served as a founding Principal & Chief Compliance Officer of Randall & Dewey Securities Inc., a licensed NASD member; primary NASD liaison responsible for navigating Randall & Dewey through the licensing process
