Video Teleconference Technician
Relevant experience: Administration and operation of Cisco Codecs, Zoom & LoopUp services, Crestron & Extron control systems.
Respond to request for support of ongoing VTCs and conferences in white glove service environment.
Provides technical support and training to end-users
Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced technicians
Provide VTC Daily Operations, set up equipment and VTC Bridge for VTC session, establish connection to the remote site/s, operate the equipment and monitor meetings
Provide maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for VTC and conference room systems
Instruct non-technical users in the operation of the VTC user control panel and all other end user VTC equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance on all A/V and VTC equipment
Provide recommendations to management on improved equipment reliability
