·Performed valuation for a $60 million acquisition, as well as financial analyses (NPV, IRR, etc.) for several multi-million dollar acquisition targets, including the design and use of valuation/simulation models.

·Spearheaded +$500k due diligence efforts (financial, HR, and legal) with internal and 3rd parties.

·Negotiated and managed $6MM post-acquisition intangible asset valuation with internal and 3rd parties.

·Led annual budget process and quarterly forecasting for the business group including 5 business units.

·Launched a contemporary audit (i.e. consulting) function focusing on operational process efficiencies.

·Led effort to establish first audit committee.

·Led final accounting close for a merged Philips’ subsidiary with sales of $100 million.

Financial leader of a multi-functional Special Task Force assembled to evaluate a major product reliability issue.

·Led the preparation of a comprehensive analysis of product line profitability, with $50 million financial statement impact, and presented results to top management of a $6 billion Philips PD.
