  • Opening October 2008 - A new building for Tiffany & Co and Henri Bendel - approximately 9,000 sq ft GLA with a total project cost of $7.2 Million.
  • Under Construction, Opening Summer 2009 - New retail building for various tenants, 10,200 sq ft GLA with a total project cost of $5.9 Million.
