Responsible for all Franchisee owned stores in CO and WY (55-60 stores, 25-28 Franchisee's). Areas of support included: Holding Manager Field Training Classes, Profitability Workshops, participation in Coop Marketing Meetings, building Sales Building Plans, P&L evaluations, New Store Openings, Operational Inspections, Roll-out support of all Brand Initiatives, and more. Acted as the direct liaison between PMI Corporate and the Franchisees assigned.
