Help Desk Technician at Bay (2 years) Set up and implemented a new ticketing system on a virtual CentOS server which helped improve efficiency in multiple departments-Managed updating the server and ticketing system-Implemented many custom features into the ticketing system by modifying PHP and HTML to increase productivity-Streamlined user request form process between managers, human resources, and IT-Set up a web server w/DB, WordPress, subdomain, & daily backups for each student in a class. Automated by a bash script, which can be found on my GitHub.
