My skills and knowledge help me understand the individual’s needs, and design a suitable training program for them. I am flexible in my approach, and can provide training in groups and on an individual basis also. I follow smooth transitional training programs with gradually increasing intensity. Understanding the human physical structure and its complexities; I feel it provides me an opportunity to give personalised sessions, and establish healthy relations with my clients.
I am well versed with various training modules such as circuit training, body conditioning and resistance and I specialise in obesity prevention, injury prevention and nutritional management. I ensure that my clients are comfortable with all sessions, and adhere to the program for maximum efficiency. I have a solid knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and exercise physiology.
I am passionate about the fitness industry and am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals. I approach my work with a high level of initiative, reliability, empathy and determination. I have outstanding communication skills and work well both autonomously and in team environments.
